- The Odd Squad
- S.A.M. - aka Cpl. Davis Pulaski - A giant robot made from scrap parts of American WWII tanks who fought in the Korean war, Cpl. Pulaski's body died and his mind has merged with the robot. He was reprogrammed by IAM in 1967 to have a more balanced attitude; S.A.M. removed the American star from his chest armor plate and replaced it with a peace sign.
- IAM - aka Dr. Ian Michaels - He claims to be an alien being from the Roswell UFO crash; many believe he is Dr. Michaels after having survived being crushed by the Roswell UFO's crash landing. IAM is a scientist capable of building extremely advanced and odd biological machines. In addition he can produce a drone duplicate of himself and control it.
- The Red Scare - aka unknown - The first Wild Talent who could read minds, The Red Scare served Senator Joseph McCarthy. He can read memories and transfer them to someone else, though he would become slowly affected by the memories. In the 1960s, his power seemed to fade altogether, as did his sanity, and the US Army placed him with Old Glory, S.A.M., and IAM in a facility for deranged Talents. There they all met and formed The Odd Squad, and the status of The Red Scare's powers is unknown.
- Old Glory - Mysterious superpatriot.

- Andros - He possesses superhuman strength and physical beauty.
- Beacon - She can project beams of light across great distances.
- Captain Comet - Leader of Team One, he can turn his body into a ball of fire and fly at great speed.
- Doubt - She can make other people doubt their decisions.
- Gorgon - He can project a blast of paralyzing breath.
- Nemesis - He has the ability to absorb almost any attack and send it back against the attacker.
- Positron - He can charge two objects so that they are stuck together.
- Professor Liberty - Second in command of Team One, he is a hyperbrain and scientist.
- The Vanisher - He has the ability to turn other people and objects invisible, but not himself.
- The Wildman - He is a barely-controlled beast man with great strength and agility.
- The Talent Volunteers
- Dexter - He has superhuman reflexes and manipulative skills.
- The Gardener - He has the ability to command and control plants.
- Kid Zip - The youngest member, he has powers of incredible speed. He has campaigned in the press to change his codename to Accelero, but everyone still calls him Kid Zip.
- Squealer - He can generate powerful high-pitched waves of sound.
- Szin - aka Leopold Janus - First leader of the Teevees in 1947 and still leader as an old man, Szin's ability can cause even massive objects such as skyscrapers to change appearance and be decorated in intricate patterns and colors.
- Taifun - He has the power to summon mighty winds.
- The White Knights - Talent hero team based in Los Angeles
- Whitelight - Tremendously strong and resilient and a quick flier, he is always suffused with a bright white glow.
- Grailknight - A hyperbrain and inventor of some kind, he wears a powered armor suit designed like medieval armor.
- Glimmer - She can turn herself into "living light" and move instantaneously; she can also reflect and refract light.
- Minute Man - He can freeze time for up to one minute in an area around himself.

Independents, Renegades, and Mad Talents
- Blinker - He has the ability to stop time for very short periods. Renegade.
- The Conductor - He has abilities of super-analysis; can predict actions, find and exploit faults, analyze language, discern complex operations, and direct strategies. Independent, mercenary.
- Daybreak and Nightfall - Twin sisters, Daybreak projects intense flashes of heat and light while Nightfall can isolate people and places in darkest night. Renegade.
- The Destroyer of Worlds - aka Dr. Emil Serber - his body emits toxic levels of gamma radiation which he can project to a degree. 29 US Talents have died trying to apprehend him. In 1969, he attempted to start a nuclear conflict and evaded capture. Mad, at large in Europe.
- Doctor Laser - He has the ability to project intense light beams. Renegade.
- Doctor Thermite - He can suddenly increase the temperature of anything he touches. Working commercially.
- Emote - She has the power to project intense emotions into anyone's mind. Mad, at large in Midwest USA.
- Kinese - She has the ability of powerful psychokinesis. Independent, mercenary.
- Lady Surge - She has the ability to send electrical surges from her fingertips. Renegade, currently in prison.
- Minute - He has the ability to shrink himself to incredibly small size. Working commercially.
- Professor Morpheus - He has the ability to bring a person's dreams into reality. Independent, retired.
- The Sapper - He has the ability to nullify kinetic energy. Independent, mercenary.
- Scorch - She can absorb kinetic energy and release it in fiery bursts. Independent, mercenary.
- The Streak - He can move faster than the eye can see, but only while nude. Independent, hero.
- Triad - He has the power to split into three versions of himself: a being of metal, a being of plasma, and a being of crystal. Renegade.
- Vishnu - He has the ability to energize his body with plasma and project it. Mad, at large in India.
- The Vivisector - He has the ability to warp and manipulate his own and others' bones. Mad, at large in England.
- The Wave - He has the ability to solidify sound into physical form. Renegade, currently in prison.
- Window - She has the ability to create portals to other locations through which she or others can step. Independent, mercenary.
- The Wreck - He has the power to destroy all machinery near himself and form a powerful metal suit from it. Mad, at large in East USA.
